From working at Pharmaceutical industry across R&D, Regulatory and Quality Assurance for several years, to studying at university in Shanghai, to founding Namaste Mandarin Training Institute, Sonia has come a full circle to follow her passion – Teaching, Training & Mentoring. Causes like Education, Skill development & Well-being are very close to her. This was the genesis for founding No Herd Mentality – to help others in enriching their life.
